A new age began in 2008 for FBIC with the adoption of an extraordinary mission, ‘Change to Challenge’. FBIC made an enormous leap into the world class brand of Business Solution, SAP. By holding the hope of strategic reformation, SAP Team has been established.

Coincide with the 15th anniversary of FBIC commencement, the SAP project is named as ‘EVOXV’. With the total support from management, critical business process reengineering of the company operation has been carried out. It covered from the front end of sales and distribution to the back end of management reporting. The team was very dedicated and obsessed to explore the full coverage of possibility within SAP. Now, the team is still on the pursuit for more.

After a 6 months enthusiastic implementation, the project was glorified with the successful project closing celebration. The brand new system has been nakedly integrated into the company with zero résistance by the end users. The operation performance is gaining more transparency and the governance has been tightened with preset operation procedures. Moreover, management is getting easy on hand to oversee the overall performance of cost and profit to provide informative solution for strategic planning.

It is just the beginning of the expedition. SAP Team, the main back bone of future enhancement or further business requirement development, will always be the first line support. Furthermore, the team will also serve as the front force to provide consultation and service to FBIC customer. Finally, the team members are gaining more confidence to provide quality services after being officially certified by SAP Academy.
